"Quick win does not contain the main tasks and functions of each work unit. And I hope that at the end of the quick win implementation, an evaluation will also be attached. Is there any impact on performance improvement," explained Sestama Sri Sumekar.
The Working Group of each working unit was acknowledged by the Team Leader, Ahmad Masykuri, was not yet optimal in reporting the results or progress. However, he guaranteed that later in the middle of June the activities of each working group would be seen.
Meanwhile, the National Library Inspector, Darmadi, asked each working group (Pokja) not to write targets that exceeded. Fill it in according to the ability.
Performance targets must be linked to values that are the agency's performance principles. The National Library of Indonesia has the PASTI tagline as a derivative of RB (Bureaucratic Reform) implementation over the past few years. And until now it has not been replaced. But, how much the PASTI principle is known and understood by all employees, this is still a question.
"The RB implementation aims to improve employee professionalism. So, describe all tasks in detail. If this is successful it will make it easier to compile e-performance," said Director of the National Library, Muhammad Syarif Bando.
