Reading Mother of Musi Rawas Regency Synergizes the Literacy Program

Medan Merdeka Selatan, Jakarta - Synergy. That is the equivalent word to describe the seriousness of Musi Rawas Regency Government, South Sumatra, in developing library and literacy. The Library and Archives Service Office and Reading Mother are the spearhead. Collaboration of both produces literate communities with knowledge.

Reading Mother of Musi Rawas Regency, Noviar Marlina, said that the region has been actively promoting literacy for the past year. "Last year, we focused on Early Childhood Education Program (PAUD) children. And this year we are concerned about providing literacy knowledge to mothers," she explained.

Deputy of Library Resources Development of National Library, Woro Titi Haryanti, said that she was impressed with the collaboration between the two. "Stay synergized in many literacy activities so that the impact will be more felt," said Woro Titi
