South OKU Regency Dreams of Library Building

Medan Merdeka Selatan, Jakarta - Desiring to be the same as other Regional Library Service Offices, however Library and Archives Service of South Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Regency does not have a regional library yet. This was conveyed by Head of Library and Archives Service of South OKU Regency, Umi Kalsum, during a work visit to National Library Service Building, Thursday (6/2).


"We want to ask for help to construct a library building. We have also prepared the Detailed Engineering Design (DED)," she said.


Responding to this, Head of Library Development and Reading Interest Study Centre, Deni Kurniadi, explained that proposal submission for Special Allocation Fund (DAK) the assistance of library building construction must be accompanied by supporting documents to assess their eligibility.


"For library building the construction in regencies/municipalities, supporting documents such as land certificate and DED must be included in PDF format. Because later on, DAK proposals must be inputted through Krisna applications in Bappeda from February to June 2021. Furthermore, the eligibility will be assessed by four institutions, National Library, Bappenas, Ministry of Finance, and Ministry of Home Affairs," explained Deni.
