Senayan, Jakarta - Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform presented a certificate of appreciation to National Library of Indonesia for its achievements in providing "good" quality public services to the public. The award was presented by Deputy for Public Services of PANRB Ministry, Diah Natalisa, and was received by Head of Library and Information Services Centre, Teguh Purwanto, Wednesday (11/12) at PANRB Ministry Holding Room.
Diah Natalisa said that National Library of Indonesia public service index in 2019 was 3.73 of maximum value 5 or in "good" category. "Evaluation of National Library public service index is now in a good rate, but we (Kemenpan RB) provide recommendations for improving National Library public services in terms of service policy, professionalism of human resources, facilities and infrastructure, public service information systems consultation and complaint, as well as creating various innovations in improving public services, "added Diah.
Evaluation of public service in 2019 was carried out in 51 ministries/institutions which were stipulated based on of PANRB Ministrial Decree Number 10 of 2019 on Establishment of Public Service Provider Unit in ministries and institutions as the location for evaluating public service in 2019. "The evaluation of public service was carried out in October 2019 at 51 institutions," said Diah.
